Our client is a successful company in the food industry with an international focus in the area of fresh fish delicatessen and seafood products in the food sector with an established market presence in Europe. The company stands for high-quality products, sustainable added value and long-term customer partnerships. As part of the further expansion of sales activities in Austria, we are looking for an experienced person to support and develop central key accounts across several sales channels.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- Holistic responsibility for assigned key accounts in Austria (food retail, wholesale, food service, industry)
- Strategic development of existing customer relationships and active acquisition of new customers
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of annual, price and condition negotiations
- Active involvement in shaping the sales strategy and company development in the Austrian market
- Continuous analysis of the market, competition and customer requirements and derivation of sales measures
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Several years of experience in key account management or sales in the food retail, wholesale, food service and industrial environment in the food processing industry for fresh or frozen products
- Many years of experience in the preparation and implementation of annual and/or price negotiations
- Sound knowledge of Austrian trade and customer structures
- Extensive know-how in acquiring new customers and developing customer potential
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and a confident manner at decision-maker level; very good knowledge of German and English
