YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will lead a small product development team in disciplinary and technical terms
- You will plan, manage and coordinate optimization and innovation projects for market-driven products
- You will monitor the market and trends and derive new, forward-looking product concepts from them
- You ensure compliance with food law and customer-specific requirements
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have an apprenticeship in the bakery trade and, building on this, a degree in food technology or a comparable qualification
- You have a very good understanding of bakery technology and production processes
- You have initial management experience and are able to motivate and motivate teams
- You are an outgoing personality with good communication skills; hands-on mentality
