With over 700 employees, Handl Tyrol produces authentic quality products at five locations in Tyrol and South Tyrol, which are exported to more than 30 countries. As the market leader for Tyrolean bacon and raw sausage products, Handl Tyrol combines traditional production methods with modern technology and stands for the highest quality. In order to further strengthen the high level of quality and continue the successful development, this central function will be filled as part of a succession plan.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- Overall responsibility for quality management at the five locations and management of a team of 7 people
- Ensuring the company-specific quality policy and objectives across all plants
- Evaluation and further development of quality, food safety and hygiene measures, HACCP
- Supporting the implementation of new standards, internal and external audits and customer audits
- Coordination of internal requirements management, official matters and verification documentation
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed studies in food technology, food chemistry, ecotrophology; comparable training
- Several years of experience in a management function in quality management, preferably in the microbiological field
- Sound knowledge of current food standards, food law and system competence
- Independent working style and healthy assertiveness and decision-making ability, hands-on mentality
- Personality with a high level of quality awareness, strategic vision, robustness and perseverance
