Hamfelder Hof Bauernmeierei GmbH & Co. KG is the hub of a consortium of Bioland farms in northern Germany. As an independent organic dairy, we process only milk from our own farms to produce long-life and traditional fresh milk, cream, buttermilk, thick milk, sour cream butter, and yogurt. Production control and monitoring of production processes in the butter production and cup-filling areas
Operating and monitoring machinery and equipment in the assigned areas
Preparing raw materials according to recipes, loading the machine with packaging materials, and monitoring material replenishment
Maturation and quality testing, as well as regular inspection of the produced goods in compliance with quality standards and documentation of parameters
Cleaning tasks and troubleshooting
Compliance with hygiene guidelines, work instructions, and other specific regulations
Completed vocational training as a dairy technologist, food technology specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Understanding of production processes and production machinery
Ability to handle stress and a strong ability to work as part of a team
A friendly and communicative demeanor
Willingness to work shifts; the regular work schedule is currently a day shift Monday through Friday, but can be adjusted to early or late shifts as needed
