Area Manager for REWE To Go Stores, West/Central Region (m/f/d)

In this role, you will oversee selected REWE To Go stores located in high-traffic areas such as train stations, airports, and pedestrian zones, while also serving as a manager and mentor to the respective store managers who are responsible for the individual locations.

The territory you’ll oversee primarily covers the states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, and Rhineland-Palatinate, as well as neighboring regions.

What will you be doing?

• Be responsible for achieving the company’s short- and medium-term financial and business objectives in your assigned area
• Implementing the REWE To Go strategy and supporting its further development
• Conducting regular store checks to ensure quality and monitor the implementation of centrally planned store layouts, product assortments, and sales initiatives
• Ensuring the high-quality expansion of the REWE To Go concept in coordination with the expansion manager and sales management
• Leading, coaching, and developing employees
• Managing and leading projects involving various stakeholders
• Developing and implementing quantitative and qualitative annual target planning for the assigned division in coordination with the Director of National Expansion & Business Operations
• Ensuring the exchange of information within your own division and across interfaces
