Development and refinement of technological processes for our production areas
Analysis, evaluation, and continuous optimization of existing production processes
Participation in projects and provision of technical support for product development and the launch of new products
Support in fault analysis and in the identification and evaluation of process deviations
Helping to ensure compliance with legal requirements, labeling regulations, and consumer safety standards for our products
Working closely with the Production, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Engineering departments
A successfully completed degree in food technology, process engineering, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of processes involved in the production of yogurt and dessert products, as well as experience with sterile and aseptic production processes
Good knowledge of HACCP, food regulations, and applicable hygiene and quality standards
Experience working with SAP applications
Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a sense of responsibility
Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of reliability
Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
