Your Responsibilities
Our Food Ingredients business unit develops and produces functional specialty ingredients for a wide range of applications in the food processing industry. During your internship, you’ll become part of our dedicated team and gain exciting insights into product development for applications in the Bakery & Sweet, Savory, and Dairy sectors.
You’ll not only support us in our day-to-day operations but also take on responsibility for your own small projects—from concept to implementation. Don’t worry: If you have questions or face challenges, experienced colleagues* will be there to help you at any time—we work as a team and support one another.
- You’ll actively work on developing new functional ingredients for food applications
- You will independently plan, conduct, and document test series in the laboratory or pilot plant
- You will produce product samples and conduct various application tests
- You will assist with stability testing—including sensory evaluations and chemical-physical analyses
- You will assist in the development and optimization of application formulations for our customers*
- You will gain exciting insights into related areas such as production and analytics
