YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume overall responsibility for sales and marketing and actively shape the further development of the business
- Develop strategies for customers, channels, and pricing to increase revenue and profitability
- You will lead and develop teams and drive sustainable growth
- You will shape the portfolio, brand, and innovations in line with market and consumer trends
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have several years of leadership experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG sector, ideally in the dairy or fresh food segment
- You are distinguished by in-depth knowledge of the German food retail sector, as well as experience and a proven track record in key account management and business development
- You bring experience in developing and implementing data-driven sales and marketing strategies
- An authentic leadership style with a team-oriented approach and the ability to drive change will make you successful in this role
