With over 500 employees and annual revenue exceeding €550 million, the company is one of Germany’s largest privately owned dairies. The well-known brands in the cream cheese and quark segment, “Exquisa” and “miree,” as well as “NOA” in the vegan sector, stand for high quality and exceptional taste. Due to further expansion at the Buchloe site, the Food Process Engineering/Energy and Plant Engineering department is to be expanded by two positions.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will oversee technical investment projects through to commissioning and handover to production
- You will continuously monitor production output, plan measures and strategies to improve production processes, and implement them together with your colleagues in production
- You will increase energy efficiency within the company and further develop plant engineering
- You will modernize the entire process control system and migrate it to a future-oriented platform
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Ideally, you have several years of experience managing technical investment projects in the dairy industry or in dairy-specific machinery and plant engineering
- You are familiar with dairies and milk (process engineering, processing, and dairy products)
- You are a communicative, cooperative person with a healthy mix of structure and pragmatism, a high level of commitment, organizational skills, team spirit, customer focus, and cost awareness
