As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you’ll take responsibility for technical projects and optimization measures at our production site. You’ll work closely with specialized departments, external service providers, and equipment manufacturers to ensure successful project implementation.

- Independent planning, management, and implementation of technical projects and subprojects with a focus on electrical engineering and automation technology
- Overseeing projects from the concept phase through implementation to successful completion
- Coordinating project-related collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Communicating and coordinating with equipment manufacturers and service providers
- Analyzing project progress and identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization
- Planning and conducting project and coordination meetings
- Ensuring a transparent flow of information within the project teams
- Preparation of technical documents, reports, and project documentation
- Supporting the optimization of internal processes and procedures
- Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene standards are met by external contractors and project partners
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT—YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical training with further education to become a technician or master craftsman, or a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field
- Initial or several years of experience in implementing technical projects
- Ideally, knowledge of the food, beverage, or process industries
- Technical understanding of production facilities and industrial processes
- Ability to translate strategic considerations into concrete actions and implement them
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in German and good English skills
