Field Sales Representative (f/m/d)
to further promote our brands in the pharmacy and healthcare sector. The position primarily covers the sales territory between Dresden, Cottbus, Frankfurt/Oder, and Görlitz.
Your responsibilities:
- Selling self-medication products, medical devices, food, and pharmaceuticals in pharmacies
- Organizing and conducting sales and consultation visits, training pharmacy staff, and communicating and promoting new products, studies, and market conditions
- Increasing the visibility and promotion of Cooper Consumer Health brands at the POS
- Establishing and expanding the distribution of Cooper Consumer Health brands
- Placing promotional products in the display and/or self-service sections as well as on the counter
- Implementation of POS initiatives in pharmacies, such as arranging window displays, distributing informational materials, and promoting new product launches
- Gathering information on competitors in the pharmacy sector
- Providing customer consultation on cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical devices to physicians as part of a hybrid field sales strategy
- Obtaining email opt-ins from pharmacists and doctors, as well as targeted distribution of marketing emails as part of an omnichannel approach
- Daily reporting (e.g., documentation in CRM system, special sales system)
- Forwarding reports on adverse drug reactions to the responsible pharmacovigilance department
Your Profile:
- Solid commercial training or PTA training
- Initial professional experience as a sales representative in the OTC or branded goods industry/food retail industry is desirable
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with digital media
- Willingness to travel overnight (2–3 times per week)
- Provision of storage space
- Class B driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers
- Strong understanding of customer needs and business contexts
- High level of initiative and a results-oriented approach to work
- Negotiation skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships
- Ability to work in a team and think and act across departments
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in day-to-day sales work
