With 900 employees across four locations and annual revenue of EUR 900 million, frischli produces high-quality dairy products and plant-based alternatives for retail, industry, and foodservice. The Schöppingen site plays a central role within the group and is increasingly developing into an important center of excellence for fresh dairy products. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Production Manager (m/f/d) at this location.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume overall responsibility for production at the Schöppingen site
- You will manage and optimize production processes using relevant key performance indicators
- You will lead and develop your team and ensure efficient workforce planning
- You will work closely with adjacent departments and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You hold a degree in food technology or a comparable qualification, ideally with a background in the dairy industry
- You have leadership experience in food production, ideally in the dairy or fresh food industry
- You have a strong technical understanding of processes and a knack for numbers
- You are a confident leader with a strong focus on solutions and goals
