
Manager Customer Partnership – Supply Chain (M/F/D)
Aufgaben
Your contribution: you will…
- Manage the customer collaboration agenda for your market/set of gold customers
- Design and own joint business plans with your customers with a strategic, future-focused agenda
- Improve value and service to customers
- Increase supply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency into customer performance via a single point of contact
- Be accountable for short-term customer demand planning (3 months) across all segments to maximise service, forecast accuracy,and efficiency
Qualifikationen
Your experience: you will bring…
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in customer engagement or customer-facing roles, ideally in key account management
- Knowledge and experience of customer supply chain management
- Cross-functional experience would be advantageous (sales, demand planning, logistics and warehouse knowledge)
- Experience leading and developing a team
- An ability to analyse data and derive insights into actions
- The skills to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen
- Full professional fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
