Customer Partnership Manager – Supply Chain (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
Your role: you will…
- Manage the customer collaboration agenda for your market/set of key customers
- Design and lead joint business plans with your customers, guided by a strategic, future-focused agenda
- Enhance value and service for customers
- Increase supply chain efficiency while providing accountability and transparency regarding customer performance through a single point of contact
- Be accountable for short-term customer demand planning (3 months) across all segments to maximize service, forecast accuracy, and efficiency
Qualifications
Your experience: you will bring…
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (5–8 years) in customer engagement or customer-facing roles, ideally in key account management
- Knowledge and experience in customer supply chain management
- Cross-functional experience would be advantageous (sales, demand planning, logistics, and warehouse knowledge)
- Experience leading and developing a team
- The ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable steps
- The ability to influence, negotiate, and apply commercial acumen
- Full professional fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
