YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will be responsible for the planning, development and control of quality management
- You will lead, develop and coordinate a team of four direct reports from the QA, QC and QM departments
- You act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in all matters relating to product quality and analyze customer complaints together with your team
- You ensure compliance with the agreed department budget and are responsible for its management
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a degree in beverage or food technology or a comparable professional qualification with appropriate further training within the food industry
- You have several years of professional and management experience in quality management/assurance
- You have sound experience in the application of common QM systems (e.g. IFS, HACCP) and in dealing professionally with authorities and certification bodies
- You are a structured, solution-oriented leader with strong strategic decision-making skills and a high sense of responsibility
