  • In its core categories, the company is one of the leading suppliers to the German food retail sector and offers brands, private labels and industrial products The main sales channels, in addition to the food trade, are the food service sector and various channels in the B2B business
  • The company has a very good “run”, particularly in the brand sector, and is very successful in the retail sector thanks to its innovative strength and trend expertise
  • The company management would like to utilize this dynamic and expand key account management in the brand area in order to exploit market potential
  • Against this background, we are looking for a Senior KAM Brand (m/f/d) who will strategically develop food retail customers to be defined and has the potential to take on a management function in brand sales in the future

YOUR MAIN TASKS

  • Fully responsible management of national retail customers and negotiation of brand assortments with regard to listing, distribution and brand activation at the point of sale
  • Systematic customer potential analyses, derivation of customer development strategies and consistent implementation
  • Support for new product launches, coordination of roll-out planning and tracking based on sales KPIs
  • Close cooperation with the relevant internal interfaces: in particular with our own sales force, trade marketing, category management and sales controlling
  • Collaboration on national projects, e.g. on the further development of the product range strategy with KAM/marketing colleagues
  • Direct reporting line to the sales management

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Nat. KAM (m/f/d) in the brand sector at a leading branded goods company with experience in supporting national and regional retail centers
  • Profound expertise in modern KAM processes & methods in the brand business as well as KPI-based customer development
  • Experience in dealing with data-based category management arguments to customers as well as expertise in working with field services
  • Initial management experience in KAM or inside sales
  • Genuine networker and motivating team player at the same time
  • Business studies or comparable training
