As Germany’s largest private brewery group, we are not only the market leader in the German brewing industry, but have also become a soft drink producer, logistics provider, specialty wholesaler, beverage retailer, delivery service, returnable container manager, solutions provider for the foodservice and retail sectors, and much more. Our unique brand portfolio reflects our passion: Whether it’s the delicately dry Radeberger, the Frisian-style Jever, the sparkling Schöfferhofer, Berliner Pilsner, Clausthaler, or Selters—all of this and much more is the Radeberger Group.Currently, around 8,000 employees work at our locations throughout Germany or at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. To ensure we remain just as successful, we’re looking for people who are enthusiastic about us and our brands and who want to shape the future together with us.
Your Responsibilities
You pay close attention—you document relevant key metrics (e.g., analysis of daily bottling operations) and evaluate them. You then use this information to determine the appropriate actions
You take responsibility—together with your shift team, you manage, control, and monitor operational bottling activities during your shift. In doing so, you ensure that quality and hygiene regulations are followed, as are all other relevant guidelines, particularly those related to occupational safety. You are responsible for the shift efficiency of the filling lines, support the filling management team, and—above all—your team, actively assisting on the production floor as needed during bottlenecks. You keep the Group’s and the site’s goals in mind and therefore actively work with ideas from your team to continuously improve processes
You ensure smooth operations—you oversee and monitor the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of technical equipment and operational areas. You ensure optimal equipment availability at all times. You coordinate maintenance measures in collaboration with the Maintenance Department
You lead with competence and passion—You take on the leadership, guidance, and professional development of your assigned employees (m/f/d) in the bottling area with enthusiasm and the necessary assertiveness. When creating the staffing schedule (shift and vacation planning), you ensure ideal shift coverage. You not only organize the shift briefings but also lead them yourself
You improve our processes—you participate in the continuous improvement process, develop optimization proposals within your area of responsibility, and implement them whenever possible

Your Personality – You stand out for your strong communication skills and organizational talent. Your team-oriented mindset enables you to drive the team forward. You support this by fostering a culture that values learning from mistakes, identifying root causes, and developing solutions. As you carry out your tasks, you always keep the goal and costs in mind. In addition, you are willing to work shifts, including weekends, Sundays, and holidays.
Your expertise—You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office. Proficiency in SAP, experience with the ProLeiT process control system, and familiarity with the LABbase laboratory software are desirable.
A given for us—your flexibility, your commitment, and your team spirit.
