In this key position, you will assume primary responsibility for our existing quality management system and work closely with the various departments to consistently develop it further. You will ensure that quality-related processes are reliably implemented, documented, and tracked in day-to-day operations. In doing so, you will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external audit bodies, regulatory agencies, and customers. A particular focus will be on managing and further developing our requirements in the areas of KAT, VLOG, BIO, IFS, and other relevant standards.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for the management, maintenance, and further development of our existing quality management system
Planning, preparing, supporting, and following up on internal and external audits as well as certifications, particularly in the context of IFS, KAT, VLOG, BIO, and other relevant standards
Ensuring the timely resolution of nonconformities, corrective actions, and corrections resulting from audits, inspections, and internal reviews
Overseeing regulatory inspections and communicating with certifiers, customer auditors, and other external contacts
Maintaining, reviewing, and updating quality-related documents, specifications, supporting documentation, and guidelines
Analyzing existing processes and implementing practical improvements in close coordination with the relevant departments
Coordinating and handling customer complaints, as well as assisting with root cause analysis and tracking corrective actions
Serving as a central liaison between management, production, purchasing, sales, and external partners on all quality-related matters
Your Qualifications
Ideally, you have some initial or already substantial experience in quality management or quality assurance, preferably in the food industry. Above all, it is important to us that you take on responsibility, work in a structured manner, and consistently drive projects forward. In addition, we are looking for:
