Your Responsibilities
Quality Assurance for the Drying/Production Area – Quality System and Certifications
Processing customer questionnaires and specifications, as well as handling complaints in coordination with relevant departments
Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of standards such as IFS, Organic, Organic China, and HACCP
Maintenance of QA documentation, preparation of confirmations, and further development of QA processes
Participation in (system) audits (including IFS, Kosher, and QM Feed), implementation and updating of action item lists
Handling the quality assurance portion of change management in coordination with relevant departments
Organizing customer samples, as well as sample and residue management
Coordinating with external warehousing service providers
Quality assurance for the production area
In-process controls
Creating test plans for milk and whey
Participation in quality meetings, system and data maintenance
Hygiene inspections, environmental checks, foreign object and pest management
Support for projects
Continuous monitoring of process and product quality using an appropriate quality monitoring system
Your Qualifications
Completed training or degree in dairy science, food chemistry, food technology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in quality assurance in the food industry, ideally in the dairy industry
In-depth knowledge of analytical methods and microbiological issues (e.g., milk, powdered products, baby food)
Experience organizing hygiene inspections, environmental monitoring, and in-process and finished-product controls
Solid knowledge of quality management systems (HACCP, IFS, etc.) as well as customer audits
Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
Independent, structured work style, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work well in a team and a passion for process improvement
