Your Responsibilities
Ensuring production meets quality, time, and cost requirements
Working carefully with machinery and equipment, as well as with open and packaged products
Assisting with the setup, reconfiguration, and dismantling of production and packaging equipment
Conducting quality controls (IPCs & CCPs), including documentation
Operating machines, equipment, and scales
Inspecting goods and batches
Making simple entries in the ERP system
Packaging goods
Monitoring and optimizing production processes
Performing cleaning tasks
Your Qualifications
Understanding of machinery and production processes
Strong awareness of quality and hygiene (food industry)
Reliable, responsible, and meticulous work ethic
Team player with a hands-on attitude
Good command of German
Physical stamina
Willingness to work shifts
Professional experience in a production environment is desirable
