Aufgaben
When starting your job with us you will:
- Enhance injection molding processes, including scaling up operations across the 5M.
- Integrate innovative technologies into our world-class products.
- Lead our digitization initiatives in collaboration with various functions across R&D and PS.
- Assess new technologies and product concepts, including functional prototypes.
- Work on data collection, contextualization, visualization, and analysis with the long-term goal of transitioning from descriptive to predictive data models.
- Support the upskilling of the process technologies team in smart process control and data science.
Qualifikationen
- You are a Master or PhD graduate in Engineering (Process-, Mechanical-, Electrical-, Mechatronics, Industrial-, or equivalent)
- You have at least basic skills and a passion to further grow in the field of Modelling & Simulation, Applied AI and Cloud Computing, Digital Process Control, or equivalent
- You have excellent academic results coupled with social engagement
- You demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for developing our newest smart process technologies
- You work effectively with diverse groups of international people by embracing creativity, innovation, curiosity, and initiative.
- You can communicate proficiently in English (written and spoken)
