Your Responsibilities
Preparation, setup, and operation of a packaging line
Performing packaging tasks to quality standards
Leading the team
Handling equipment and materials with care and efficiency
Training new employees
Your Qualifications
Successfully completed technical training, e.g., as a food technology specialist or machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
Basic computer skills are preferred
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Very high commitment to quality and a focus on quality in your work
Ability to communicate openly and directly
Good written and spoken German skills
