Your Responsibilities
You will take on a wide range of responsibilities—at Stuttgarter Hofbräu, you will carry out the beer production processes, including quality checks, and manage and monitor production operations. In doing so, you will use raw materials and auxiliary materials in accordance with process and work instructions. In addition, you will clean, disinfect, and maintain the equipment and production facilities in accordance with relevant guidelines.
You are a team player—you will work closely with related departments (e.g., Maintenance, Quality).
You ensure smooth processes—you assist in resolving operational disruptions and document parameters to ensure compliance with technological and technical processes and product traceability (computer-based and/or in writing)
Your Qualifications
Your Education and Training – You have successfully completed vocational training as a brewer and maltster
Your Experience – Initial professional experience at a brewery or in the food industry is a definite advantage
Your personality—You are characterized by an independent and meticulous approach to work, technical understanding, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality
Your expertise—You also have basic knowledge of common MS Office applications and experience working with process control and laboratory data systems (Proleit, Labbase). In addition, you are willing to work shifts (3-shift operation)
