The position is available immediately on a one-year fixed-term contract for 20 hours per week.
The Labor Law Policy Team, as part of the Legal Department, is responsible for developing labor law policy and employee compliance matters for the working group. Key responsibilities include, in particular, project work on the implementation of relevant labor law and HR issues within the company, the drafting and negotiation of company agreements, and the monitoring of legislative changes and their internal implementation.

• Supporting the team in project work

• Currently pursuing a degree in economics, law, or a related field
• Initial experience with and interest in project work, as well as the analysis of legal provisions and their practical application
• Self-motivation and a structured and meticulous approach to work
• Ability to work in a team, a confident demeanor, and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
