As a member of the aging department, you are responsible for operating the turning system. You perform regular visual inspections to ensure the system is in proper working order
In accordance with hygiene guidelines, you will also clean and disinfect the aging rooms, as well as equipment, tools, and the surrounding area
You will take samples, perform inspections, and document your findings
Furthermore, you are responsible for coordinating optimal aging room occupancy and monitoring the proper functioning of the aging rooms
You transport the stacks of cheese to the various aging rooms
You resolve minor malfunctions in the equipment yourself
You have completed vocational training, preferably related to food production or with a technical background
You have a strong technical understanding
Ideally, you have knowledge of cheese-making technology
A strong sense of responsibility and hygiene awareness are also among your qualities, as are resilience and the ability to work well in a team
You have the necessary flexibility to work a 3-shift system, including weekends and holidays
