Your tasks
- Responsible for trade and shopper marketing in Germany for the drugstore (e.g. dm), food retail and e-commerce (e.g. Amazon) channels.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of trade and shopper marketing activities for the Töpfer brand in foreign retail.
- Analysis of shopper insights and derivation of optimization measures for the continuous improvement of trade activation
- Close cooperation with the KAM to increase visibility and growth
- Managing and advising international distributors on trade marketing issues
- Building business cases and managing budgets, ROI and KPIs
- Ensuring brand-compliant, measurable and profitable implementation at the POS and online
You have the following qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector
- Professional experience in the German retail environment, ideally with specific experience at dm (drugstore) and/or Amazon (e-commerce)
- Strong implementation skills and strong financial understanding (ROI, budget management)
- Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage
- Experience with Nielsen/Circana, Excel and retail presentations
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Hybrid working model possible, after consultation
