These are your tasks
Do you combine a sense of responsibility, dairy technology know-how and practical work? Then support our development department in the technical center with the following tasks:
- As team leader, you will have technical and disciplinary responsibility for the technical center staff.
- You will plan and manage test series in close coordination with the developers.
- You will be responsible for the production of high-quality products on the pilot plants, which are used for internal tastings and sampling for the trade.
- You are responsible for the technical condition of the systems (maintenance, servicing), make investment decisions and commission new systems.
- You will show trainees and apprentices how exciting process engineering can be.
- Your area of responsibility lies at the interface between product development, marketing, production, maintenance and suppliers.
This is your profile
- You have successfully graduated as a dairy specialist or dairy technologist and have also completed further training as a dairy master or dairy technician or have a comparable qualification.
- You also have several years of professional experience in food production, ideally in the operation of pilot or small-scale plants.
- Ideally, you will have some management experience in a similar position.
- Personally, you will impress with your committed, reliable and responsible way of working, coupled with a willingness to make decisions, diligence and team spirit.
- You have technical and procedural understanding as well as sound knowledge of microbiology, chemistry and analytical methods.
