Taste The Future: Supply Chain Leadership Graduate Program DACH (m/f/d)
We’re looking for bold, curious, and ambitious graduates to join our Supply Chain Leadership Development Graduate Program. Over the course of three years, with three rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience and take on real responsibilities. You will work at a plant to learn about manufacturing, at our commercial headquarters to master customer service and logistics, and during a final placement to gain experience in engineering, procurement, quality, or our key operations centers.

What you’ll need:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Previous experience through an internship would be advantageous, though not essential
- Leadership ambition, examples of where you have demonstrated leadership qualities in school, through hobbies, or in a work setting
- Fluent in English and German
- (Domestic/International) willingness to relocate while participating in the Graduate Program
