Here’s how you can contribute and help us grow:

• Securing real estate listings: You’ll help with the
  acquisition of exciting properties and gain insight into
  actual transactions.
• Engaging with the market: You’ll communicate with
  real estate agents and other market participants and build up your network.
• Analyzing listings: You review real estate listings and
  prepare profitability analyses based on
  existing models.
• Creating presentations: You will prepare property presentations for internal decision-making processes.
• Supporting transactions and projects: You assist with the commissioning of due diligence reviews and play an active role.

• Education: Your degree is in a field related to the real estate industry, or you have comparable training or initial experience in the industry.
• Confident with numbers and tools: You are experienced in using Excel and PowerPoint and enjoy conducting analyses.
• Analytical thinking: You take a structured approach and can

• Team spirit & communication: You enjoy working in a team, are proactive, and contribute actively.
