TASKS
- You will be responsible for the strategic purchasing of cheese, milk and other raw materials for JERMI and the Weißenhorner Molkerei.
- You will develop procurement strategies, plan requirements and ranges and ensure the reliable availability of goods.
- You will conduct price, contract and annual discussions with national and international suppliers and work closely with internal interfaces such as sales, logistics and production.
- You monitor relevant markets, price developments and trends and derive well-founded decisions for our procurement.
- You will be actively involved in cross-divisional projects and drive the further development of our purchasing processes.
PROFILE
- Education: Completed business studies or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in the industry
- Know-how: Several years of experience in food purchasing, ideally cheese, milk and milk raw materials, negotiating skills, market understanding and a good feel for price developments, confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, business fluent in German and English
- Working style: Team-oriented, strong communicator, responsible, analytical and structured
