Shift Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Managing employees within the shift, including induction, delegation and communication
- Efficient personnel, machine and time planning
- Ensuring quality, hygiene, IFS/Food Defense and occupational health and safety
- Checking documentation, traceability and production processes
- Ensuring correct machine operation, cleaning and material availability
- Blocking in case of deviations and information flow to production management and subsequent shift
Your profile
- Training in the industrial food sector
- Preferably with at least 3 years of professional experience with personnel responsibility in the industrial food sector, without professional experience possible by arrangement
- Good to very good written and spoken German skills
- Good knowledge of the following data processing systems: MS Office
- Willingness to work full-time in 3 shifts
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
- High degree of willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
