- The company manufactures high-quality products at several production sites, which are sold both under its own brands and as private labels via food retailers
- In recent years, targeted investments have been made in quality, sustainability and modern production and packaging solutions, further strengthening the company's competitive position
- The German food retail sector sees the company as the key growth driver of the product group
- Against this background, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will further develop the brand strategy and play a key role in managing marketing activities
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Planning, management and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Further development and maintenance of the brand range including targeted new product development in close cooperation with the relevant internal interfaces
- Strategic further development of the brand architecture and development of brand communication and brand activation
- Analysis of market, competitive and consumer trends to identify growth potential for the brand & private label portfolio
- Support and, if necessary, initiation of ongoing innovation projects to exploit the market and brand potential
- Operational management of the marketing & media budget
- Coordination of cooperation with external partners

- Many years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the FMCG sector (food), in brand & private label management with a 360-degree perspective
- Mastery of the relevant working methods in marketing, both operationally and strategically
- Experienced with holistic communication, including in the area of all social media and new AI tools
- Expertise in cross-functional product, innovation & project management
- Completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Very good written and spoken English skills
