  • The company's most important sales channels are food retail and, in the case of beverages, the convenience channels in particular (petrol stations, convenience stores)
  • As part of an organizational change, we are currently looking for a Senior KAM (m/f/d) to independently manage and develop a strategically important retail group in the food retail sector
  • The job holder (m/f/d) is part of the national KAM team and reports to the Sales Manager Germany

YOUR MAIN TASKS

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for a top account with a focus on profitable growth and the development of a sustainable long-term customer relationship
  • Independent management of annual meetings and customer negotiations including prices, conditions and listings
  • Systematic customer potential analyses, derivation and implementation of customer development strategies, monitoring of profitability and, if necessary, derivation of necessary measures to achieve targets
  • Collaboration on national projects, e.g. with regard to the product range strategy and actively driving innovation and brand growth
  • Managing customer-specific promotions and new product launches
  • Close cooperation with the relevant internal interfaces marketing/trade marketing, sales force, supply & demand

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 - 8 years of professional experience in brand sales with a leading FMCG branded company, ideally in fresh produce/delicatessen
  • In-depth knowledge of the German retail landscape and experience in supporting national & regional retail centers
  • Profound expertise in modern KAM processes & methods in brand business as well as in KPI-based customer development
  • Conceptual, analytical strength paired with entrepreneurial thinking and a clear focus on results
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Business studies or comparable training
