To further strengthen the sales organization, our client is looking for a committed personality for the position of Head of Sales Poultry Products including Production Planning.
Your location:
We are looking for you at the earliest possible date for the location in the Vechta area (Lower Saxony) & home office.

Your future area of responsibility:
You will assume a responsible interface function between sales, production planning and management.
- Sales responsibility
- Management and further development of sales in the poultry products sector
- Support and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Acquiring new customers in the food trade, food service and food industry
- Preparation and implementation of annual meetings, price negotiations and action planning
- Development of sales strategies and sales measures
- Market and competition monitoring
- Production planning and sales management
- Coordinating production planning and sales volumes
- Ensuring efficient production capacity utilization
- Close cooperation with production, logistics and purchasing
- Planning and controlling production volumes in line with sales requirements
- Analyzing sales trends and forecast planning
- Company and process development
- Optimization of sales processes and planning procedures
- Supporting the development of new products and product ranges
- Participation in strategic decisions for the further development of the company
What you bring with you:
- You have completed a commercial or food technology apprenticeship or degree or have a comparable qualification
- Several years of sales experience in the meat or poultry industry
- Experience in dealing with customers from retail, industry or food service
- Ideally knowledge of production planning or sales planning
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong market knowledge
- Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Confident handling of IT systems and MS Office
