Your tasks
- Telephone sales of fresh and frozen goods (daily business, weekly sales, promotional sales)
- Customer service (telephone, trade fair visits, at least 6 customer visits/year) and customer care for sustainable customer loyalty
- Preparation of offers
- Order entry and processing, payment control, empties management
- Creating claims and processing complaints and returns
- Acquisition of customers and interested parties
- Inventory management
- Creating sales-oriented statistics and overviews

Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification
- Preferably experience with beef in production and/or sales
- Courteous, good customer relations, interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills and good knowledge of human nature
- Willingness to travel, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Well-groomed appearance, confident and friendly demeanor
- Trustworthy, reliable, meticulous, organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new products and product ranges
- Foreign language skills in English
- IT skills (MS Office, merchandise management)
