Sales Manager (m/f/d)

for the management of the North East area (Schleswig-Holstein to Hesse)

We look forward to your support with the following tasks:

• You will independently manage your assigned sales area
• You are responsible for managing, coaching and developing your team of 13 district managers, who are based in Schleswig-Holstein, MeckPom, Berlin/Brandenburg and parts of Saxony and Thuringia.
• You realize the sales potential at the POS
• You look after the assigned MBU
• You represent the company's goals and philosophy to our customers

What you bring to the table:

• You are a passionate, assertive salesperson with a role model function and enjoy leading and developing employees
• You have several years of professional experience in field sales and very good knowledge of food retail structures
• You are experienced in managing employees
• You are characterized by your organizational skills, initiative, service and customer orientation
• You have a degree from a university or technical college specializing in business or have completed commercial vocational training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade
• You are confident in using the common MS Office applications
• You live in the area to be supported or are willing to relocate
