To strengthen our team , we are looking for you at our Frankfurt am Main location as Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the marketing of our cross-media learning packages in the German food industry.

This is what it's all about
- Active marketing of cross-media learning and further education products (brand instructional letters, e-training) to manufacturers and brands in the German food industry
- Establishing and maintaining long-term industry partnerships (key accounts & new business)
- Independent acquisition of new cooperation partners in defined product and product groups
- Conducting price, contract and condition negotiations incl. preparing offers
- Responsibility for sales, earnings and partnership targets in your own customer portfolio
- Close cooperation with product management and marketing
- Presence at industry events, congresses and trade fairs in the FMCG and retail world
- Market, potential and competition analyses for the strategic further development of the offering
What sets you apart
- Completed studies or commercial training
- Initial sales experience, ideally in one of the FMCG / food industry or media sectors, further education, B2B services or agency environment
- Experience in advising on products that require explanation and in solution-oriented sales
- Strong strategic thinking combined with strong closing skills
- Confident manner at decision-maker level (marketing, sales, management)
- Structured, independent way of working and strong relationship management skills
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Enjoyment of the topics of food, brands, retail, learning & knowledge transfer
- Willingness to travel mainly within Germany
- Very good knowledge of German, English an advantage
