Sales Manager Field Service (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Team leadership: Professional and disciplinary management of the team with a focus on motivation and performance
- Sales strategy: Implementation of the national strategy at POS level
- POS excellence: Optimal distribution, placement, promotion compliance and visibility at the point of sale
- Target management: Derivation, management and control of sales targets, KPIs and performance indicators
- Cooperation: Close cooperation with key account management, trade marketing and marketing to implement integrated measures
- Planning & implementation: Strategic territory, annual and action planning with clear prioritization
- Coaching & development: Promotion, performance evaluation and further development of sales representatives
- Budget & resources: Responsibility for budgets, areas of operation and resource management in coordination with the Commercial Director

Your profile
- Academic basis: Completed business studies or equivalent qualification
- Management experience: Management experience in field sales in the FMCG branded goods industry
- Market & retail understanding: In-depth knowledge of the structures and decision-making mechanisms in the food retail and drugstore environment
- Analytical strength: Confident handling of CRM and reporting systems as well as sound derivation of strategic measures and forecasts
- Entrepreneurial attitude: Strong sense of responsibility, results orientation and sustainable thinking
- Leadership & communication: Inspiring leader with a clear focus on the team, initiative and strong communication skills
- Confidence & resilience: Confidentdemeanor, high resilience and professional presence
