With its well thought-out product range, Ragaller is an established and renowned player in the market for various customers (HoReCa, system caterers, retirement and nursing homes, etc.). The company has continuously developed and significantly expanded its range by integrating traditional businesses. With 75 employees and, among other things, a modern, conveniently located logistics center near Magdeburg, the company is very well positioned.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume (mostly) national sales responsibility, including sales and profit responsibility and lead/coach the sales force team, consisting of approx. 10 employees
- You will support your team in acquiring and developing strategic customers in the food service segment
- Depending on requirements, you will look after your own key accounts and manage the sales processes via the CRM system
- You will work closely with internal departments, e.g. back office, purchasing, marketing and management
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have several years of sales experience from a team management function as a sales or sales manager in the food service and wholesale environment with responsibility for a field sales team
- You have a proven track record in supporting key accounts in the food service and HoReCa sectors
- You have an affinity for everyday products with low margins and high volumes
- You are a proactive and hands-on leader with very good communication skills, a structured approach, team orientation, a healthy assertiveness and a high willingness to travel
