Your future

Your mission: Shaping growth and inspiring customers

You are the face of our company to our regional customers. With strategic vision and negotiating skills, you will steer your accounts to success and sustainably expand our market presence.

These are your tasks with us:

  • Growth driver: You immediately recognize sales potential with your customers and know exactly how to successfully exploit it.
  • Strategy professional: You not only implement national agreements in the areas of product range, distribution and marketing, but also consistently ensure that they are implemented at the point of sale.
  • Success manager: You are responsible for your customers’ sales and results and ensure that we achieve our goals together.
  • Negotiating talent: Whether it’s listings, shelf placement or customer-specific promotions – you negotiate on an equal footing and secure the best places for us in retail.
  • Analyst & planner: You always keep an eye on the market. You plan budgets and profits on the basis of sound data and manage your conditions confidently within the framework of our guidelines.
  • Networker: You are the central interface. You coordinate closely with the sales force, marketing, supply chain and finance and build up a strong internal and external network.
  • Team player: You support the Group Account Manager in strategy development and work hand in hand with the field team (e.g. for talon queries and marketing campaigns).
  • Brand ambassador: You present us at trade fairs and exchanges and bring your expertise to marketing sales meetings in order to prepare our brand activities in the best possible way.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a university or university of applied sciences degree and can draw on several years of professional experience in the branded goods industry – including at least 2-3 years in key account management
  • You have extensive knowledge of the German retail sector and know-how regarding the ECR tools to be used
  • You have category management know-how and an affinity for sales, category management and market analyses (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, SimIT, Drotax, SAP BI)
  • You are proactive and strong in acquisitions. Entrepreneurial thinking and action are a matter of course for you
  • You are a team player and as such willing and able to further develop the customer business both within the sales team and in cross-functional cooperation
  • You have experience and good knowledge of standards and processes in the merchandise business
