With immediate effect we are looking for a:n
Quality Manager (m/f/d) Food
Your tasks
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal quality requirements (e.g. labeling, allergen management, traceability)
- Support, maintenance and continuous further development of the quality management system, taking into account relevant standards (e.g. IFS, BRC, organic specifications)
- Preparation, support and follow-up of audits and certification procedures
- Responsibility for specifications (raw materials, packaging, finished products)
- Creation, review and management of quality-relevant documentation
- Contact person for customers, authorities and internal interfaces
- Processing of complaints including root cause analysis and initiation of corrective measures
- Collaboration in the HACCP team and further development of food defense concepts
- Organization and supervision of pest monitoring
- taking on deputy tasks within the quality team
- Close cooperation with production, purchasing and other specialist departments
Your profile
- Completed training with further training or studies in the food sector (e.g. food technology, ecotrophology or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance within the food industry
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards and certifications (IFS Food, BRC, FSSC 22000)
- Experience in specification and complaint management is an advantage
- Structured, careful and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Good written and spoken German and good English skills
