Creating, maintaining, and managing product specifications for our own brands and private label products
Processing customer inquiries, customer questionnaires, and customer and licensor portals
Serving as the point of contact and providing support to the sales team regarding quality-related issues
Reviewing and evaluating certificates of analysis as part of marketability analyses and verifying compliance with customer-specific requirements
Cross-functional complaint management, including coordinating and monitoring timely complaint resolution
Processing complaints and preparing responses for customers (Focus on retail customers)
Assisting with batch traceability and actively participating in crisis management
Assisting with the maintenance of central QM documents
Supporting external audits (IFS, customer audits) and inspections (particularly in the areas of batch traceability, specifications, and complaint management)

A successfully completed degree in food technology, nutrition and supply management, or a comparable field of study
Professional experience in the food industry (a focus on confectionery would be desirable)
Initial professional experience in quality management (e.g., IFS Food, HACCP) is desirable
Basic knowledge of common food standards (IFS Food, HACCP)
Knowledge of European food law (including labeling)
Analytical skills in the food sector
Good written and spoken English skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
