The Ospelt Group is a leading manufacturer of innovative, high-quality food products with production sites in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and Germany. As a family-owned company with a long tradition, we value collaborative partnerships with our customers, suppliers, and our long-standing employees.
Monitoring production with regard to quality, hygiene, and process safety
Conducting product, packaging, and sample inspections (raw materials and finished goods)
Documenting test results and implementing corrective actions in the event of nonconformities
Ensuring order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality standards (e.g., IFS)
Conducting simple analyses and maintaining measuring and testing equipment
Previous experience in a production environment or in quality assurance is a plus—alternatively, you have completed vocational training, e.g., as a food technology specialist or in a comparable field. Motivated career changers with an interest in quality and food safety are also welcome.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus but not a requirement
German language skills at least at the B1–B2 level for communication and documentation
A meticulous and reliable work ethic, as well as a strong commitment to quality
Ability to work well in a team and willingness to work shifts
