Production Manager (m/f/d) / Head of production

- As Head of Production, you will ensure delicious products of the highest quality are produced in a high-tech working environment for the national and international market
- Together with your team, especially the production and packaging managers, you will ensure an optimal production process and develop measures to improve processes
- You are an ambassador of our values - transparent and authentic interaction as well as challenging and promoting talent is in your blood
- You have a comprehensive understanding of production processes, recognize connections and backgrounds; you always keep an eye on the relevant key figures
- With your open eye for improvements, you work with your team to minimize losses, optimize processes and thus achieve the best possible result
- You act as a confident internal and external contact person in our plant and as a central interface between plant management and the specialist departments
We are looking for you!
- You have a degree, master craftsman or technician training and sound know-how in the production environment
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in GMP, FMCG or food production in a similar position and have internalized occupational safety, hygiene and quality standards
- You have already successfully applied management methods such as lean, TPM or CIP and provided new impetus
- Your skills include experience in expanding shift models and implementing capacity expansions as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- You contribute your experience as a manager; appreciative leadership of our managers / employees is particularly important to us
- A high degree of digital affinity (SAP, MS Office), social skills, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking are among your strengths
- You impress with your open and confident manner; English is not a hurdle for you, so you can look forward to communicating with our national and international plants
