Production Manager (m/f/d) Food Production
Your tasks
- You will plan, control and monitor the production processes and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
- You will further develop existing processes and continuously optimize production
- You will introduce a clear, structured shift handover and ensure its consistent implementation
- You lead your team professionally and disciplinary, promote your employees and create a motivating working environment
Your profile
- You have completed training with further training as a master craftsman or technician or have a degree in food technology, brewing, beverage production or milk processing
- You lead in a clear, binding and at the same time appreciative manner
- You have experience in implementing structured processes in shift operation
- You think analytically, solve problems pragmatically and work in a structured manner
