- As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) who will manage production, continuously drive improvements and support preparations for the use of innovative process technologies
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Ensuring a smooth and cost-optimized production process, personnel deployment planning and shift control
- Implementing technical and organizational measures to increase process reliability while simultaneously increasing productivity via modern store floor activities (lean principles)
- Acting as a role model for quality, sustainability and efficiency
- Supporting technical projects and production-related IT projects and working closely with relevant interfaces, including technology, quality management and HSE
- Budget responsibility for the production area; identification of potential savings and their systematic implementation
- Reporting line to the plant manager

YOUR PROFILE
- Management experience in production and, if applicable, technology in a plant for FMCG products
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Familiar with modern methods for increasing efficiency and productivity in production plants
- Experience in developing employees & promoting talent
- Completed technical studies, ideally in the food sector, or comparable qualification
