Product Developer (m/f/d)
Full-time / Focus on Convenience / Lower Saxony
Your Responsibilities
- Education and, if applicable, further training in the food industry
- Extensive experience in product development, ideally with expertise in meat, deli products, or cheese
- Proven understanding of production processes and the requirements of quality standards such as IFS
- Ability to work independently and with self-motivation, while maintaining a high degree of flexibility
- A creative idea generator and a strong communicator with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Your Profile
- Responsible for planning, executing, and documenting R&D projects from concept to upscaling
- Optimizing existing products and processes in terms of safety, quality, and costs
- Regular market monitoring and identification of trends to drive the development of innovative new products
- Conducting storage tests and tastings, as well as documenting the results
- Close collaboration and regular communication with development colleagues as well as neighboring departments such as Marketing/Sales, QM/QS, Purchasing, and production at the individual on-site facilities
