Support our research and development department from concept development through raw material selection to the production-ready stage of our products.

• Support our research and development department from concept development through raw material selection to the production-ready stage of our products.
• In this role, you will manage and take responsibility for development projects in the areas of desserts, yogurt, quark, and milk alternatives, while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• You will actively contribute to the creation of product innovations, working closely with Brand Management, Quality Assurance, Production, and Controlling.
• In addition, you will oversee the continuous improvement of existing products and their production processes.
• As a product developer, you’ll oversee the entire development process—from trials on pilot-scale equipment to full-scale trials and final implementation in production.
• Of course, you’ll also evaluate and document the results and be responsible for creating, maintaining, and testing our recipes.
• Conducting and leading taste tests and determining the next steps are also part of your responsibilities.
• You will support product developers at other domestic and international locations in accordance with your area of responsibility.

• You will be ideally prepared for these responsibilities if you have a degree in food technology/chemistry, nutritional science, or a comparable field of study.
• In addition, you have professional experience in the development of white-line dairy products.
• You are familiar with the fundamentals of food law and process engineering, and you also have a thorough understanding of the technology and composition of dairy products.
• You also have a strong command of English and are proficient in using databases.
