Your tasks
- Responsible planning, implementation and documentation of R&D projects from the idea to upscaling
- Optimization of existing products and processes in terms of safety, quality and costs
- Regular market observation and identification of trends as a source of inspiration for innovative new products
- Carrying out and documenting storage tests and tastings
- Close cooperation and regular exchange with development colleagues and neighboring departments such as marketing/sales, QM/QA, purchasing and production at the individual plants on site
Your profile
- Training and possibly further training in the food sector
- Profound experience in the field of product development with expertise in cheese, cheese convenience
- Proven understanding of production processes and the requirements of quality standards such as IFS
- Independent and self-motivated way of working with a high degree of flexibility
- Creative initiator and strong communicator with a hands-on mentality
- Occasional willingness to travel
