As a medium-sized specialist in the food supply industry, our client is part of a leading international group of companies with a total of over 4,000 employees.
We are looking for a new plant manager for the central site in Lower Saxony and several other production sites – an exciting opportunity to help shape the company’s strategy.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the organization and management of central operations and other sites
- Ensuring efficient production processes in compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Leading the production management team and the local technical team
- Responsibility for technical infrastructure and corresponding cost control
- Active support and co-design of construction investment projects
- Strategic further development of the production sites and process optimization
Your profile
- Completed training in the food or technology sector with appropriate further training
- Several years of management experience in manufacturing companies, ideally in the food industry
- Strong leadership personality with an appreciative management style and hands-on mentality
- Entrepreneurial thinking, creative drive and strong communication skills
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in construction/investment projects an advantage
- Willingness to travel for site support
- Fluency in English and German
